Smoking is strictly prohibited.
Any signs of smoking will result in a $200 smoking fee.
Are there any fees associated with EZ Pass or toll usage?
Yes — renters are responsible for all tolls, violations, and tickets.
All vehicles are equipped with a UNI Pass device.
Toll bills typically arrive 30–60 days after rental.
Once received, they will be invoiced to the renter.
Is there a cleaning fee? Under what conditions is it charged?
Cleaning fees depend on the condition of the vehicle:
Moderate Cleaning – $50
Mud, sand, moderate bug debris, minor odors, small spills
Heavy Cleaning – $100
Stains, heavy odors (e.g., smoke), extensive bug debris
Severe Cleaning – $150
Steam cleaning or full detailing
Pet Hair Removal – $150
No pets allowed. Violations incur this fee.
Multiple Issues – $250
When multiple cleaning levels apply
Extremely Dirty – $250
Filthy – $300+
Important:
Excessively dirty returns will automatically incur a $150 cleaning fee.
Beach trips require thorough cleaning — sand or sunscreen will result in a $250 detail fee.
🐶 We love pets, but not in our rentals. Please keep your FUR friends at home.
🚭 Absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind. Attempting to mask smoke odor will still result in the $200 fee.
